1.Return Policy

Policy Statement:

 In our return policy we explain that you have a 15 day time frame for returns. The conditions of the items must be damaged or mislabeled for a return. We don't accept refunds for buyers remorse or size exchanges.

 

7 Day Time Frame: You have a 7-day window, starting from the day you receive the product, to request a return.

Condition of Items: We accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or have been mislabeled in any way.

Buyer Remorse: We do not accept refunds for items that you no longer want. We only accept damaged or mislabeled items. 

Size exchanges: Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Pure Apparel Clothing Co’s side either. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Rationale: Our return policy serves as a crucial guideline that defines the rules and processes for product returns and exchanges. It provides reassurance, allowing them to shop with confidence, knowing they have recourse if a purchase doesn't meet their expectations. A clear return policy is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust, managing return processes efficiently. Before Returning Items: Please be sure to contact us at shoppaccusa@gmail.com with the subject RETURN before returning the item.

 

Return Process:

1: Contact Us: If you have received a damaged or mislabeled item, please contact our customer support team immediately at shoppaccusa@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.

2: Return Authorization: Upon verifying the issue, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

3: Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be covered by Pure Apparel Clothing Co. if the item is indeed damaged or mislabeled.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement of the item.

Return Addresses: These addresses are based on where your package was fulfilled:

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273
  • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia(phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.

Disclaimer: These addresses should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to these addresses will be returned to the sender, as they’re not legally permitted to open correspondence that's not addressed to them. 

 

2.Shipping Policy

Policy Statement:

In our shipping policy we explain that if an order fails to deliver, has the wrong address, and is unclaimed it will be sent back and you are responsible to pay for re-shipping the item. 

 Order failed to deliver:

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed. It’ll be returned to the default return address. We’ll then hold on to the order for 14 days.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Redelivery Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping cost to redeliver the item back to the correct address. 

Rationale: Our shopping policy regarding undelivered orders, including those with incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages, is designed to promote fair and efficient order processing. In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to address issues or remains unclaimed, it is returned to us. This policy requires customers to cover the cost of re-shipping the item. It ensures that resources are used efficiently and reduces potential losses associated with reprocessing and reshipping, enabling us to continue providing quality products and services to all our valued customers.

If you haven't registered an account on pacc-usa.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

 

3.Data Privacy Policy

In our data privacy policy we explain the data collection we use for printful and shopify, information printful and shopify collects, Data usage, data protection, and third party data sharing.

Data Collection

When and if we use Printful and Shopify services to execute orders and deliver products to 3rd parties we Pure Apparel Clothing Co. are considered to be “merchants” and Pintful Inc and Shopify is the data controller. Where printful and shopify acts on our behalf to fulfill an order.

Information Printful Collects

Information Shopify Collects 

Information you provide about yourself like your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Also Information about how you access our websites, your account, and our platform, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, and details about how you browse through our websites and platform. Printful: Printful uses customer data to process orders for several important reasons like order fulfillment, personalization, payment verification, customer communication and quality assurance. 

Shopify: 

Shopify uses the information to provide merchants (Pure Apparel Clothing Co.)  with services, and enable us to operate our business—e.g., to allow us to complete a transaction, screen orders for fraud and risk, fulfill orders, and contact you with new products or offers. They also use cookies to provide merchants (us)  with their services, and enable us to operate our business (e.g., to provide us with analytics about how many people visit our store, and to help us troubleshoot and improve our store.)
